Global Combat Support System – Army (GCSS-ARMY)
Led the design and development of the GCSS-Army website and web applications, supporting a user base of over 3 million visits. Crafted responsive, user-focused interfaces that aligned with Army branding and usability standards, ensuring seamless access to mission-critical logistics tools. Additionally, I created visually engaging digital newsletters and brochures to support internal communications, training initiatives, and system adoption. This work played a key role in elevating user experience, increasing engagement, and reinforcing the Army’s digital presence.
